Our classes come in two main varieties; mind-body exercise such as Pilates, Dynamic Stretch and Tai Chi inspired flexibility, and aerobic / body conditioning classes such as Step, Salsa Aerobics, the Tone Zone and Cardio Sculpting.

If you are looking to tone up, increase flexibility and core stability, improve your posture, strengthen your back and get a flatter stomach, then a Pilates class is for you.

Our classes are suitable from everyone from beginner to advanced as we provide multiple levels for each exercise so you can choose the level to suit you.

If you fancy something a little tougher then try one of our aerobic body conditioning classes. You’ll work hard but come away on a real high!
